- Change to terms for at-large Board members from three 2-year terms to one 4-year term with eligibility to run for a second term after a 4-year time off the Board
- Addition of criteria defining eligibility for the Association President
- Addition of a process for removal of Board members and Executive officers
- Revised renumeration section to allow flexibility for the Board to provide reasonable compensation for services rendered
- Other minor changes to clarify, correct typos, and update the Association address
